This ritual of meditation, body exercise and recipe can help balance your body, mind and emotions.

Hi Refined Rebel, evening rituals are great moments to be kind towards yourself.
You can take this moment to leave the day behind you and relax yourself before bed.
You may have transitioned yourself from dinner table to your resting area. After resting a bit, I often check-in with my body and observe if there’s any tension or emotion hidden somewhere.
The following meditation allows you to tune in with yourself while calming the mind and body with each circle you make.
Evening calls for kindness. It’s a moment where you can be present and mindful of yourself. Events of the day may still haunt you. Yet, you are not in those moments anymore. You are here now. Let’s open your heart to what it has to say. There may be joy, sadness, shame, guilt, excitement or nothing at all. Whatever you notice, know that it is a reflection of the moment. It will change.
By now, you have tuned in with your body and mind and opened your heart chakra with yoga poses. To add in more kindness, I recommend to make this warming chai latte.
